I want you to be happy with the items you purchase from me.
If you are not happy with
your purchase, simply return it to me, and upon receipt, I will gladly
give you a full refund.
PAYMENT
I accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express credit cards,
Paypal, and mailed personal checks or money orders. If you are mailing
a check or money order, I will send you my mailing address when I receive
notice of your order (which is automatic through the shopping cart.)
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Shipping is as soon as possible after I receive payment. If payment
is a mailed personal check, shipping is held until the check clears
the bank.
You pay for shipping, which is via USPS First Class unless you specify
otherwise. It includes postage, delivery confirmation, which is always
added to every shipment, and $1.00 to cover handling and shipping materials.
If you want Express Mail
or Federal Express, email me about it because my shopping cart doesn't
have those options. I will figure the charges and put them into the
invoice for you.
I encourage you to
get insurance. It will cover any damage that may happen during shipping.
We are talking about shipping glass, ya know. The price
for Insurance is:
$1.00 - $49.99 = $1.35
$50.00 - $99.99 = $2.30
$100.00 - $199.99 = $3.35
$200.00 and above = FREE
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
I have no problem shipping to any country in the world
as long as insurance is included. If you are comfortable paying shipping,
insurance and customs fees, I'm comfortable shipping to you. Under no
circumstances will I misrepresent the product or its value on any custom
form.
